Went thru some up and down in my career. after sometime, i start to explore into real estate. is not a easy job, but got stable income.

don't take those "publish" income from those top producer. not everyone can hit that. but can make enough income

real estate agents and insurance agents are unscrupulous. i only trust family members, the rest are out to squeeze profits without caring about you.

there is no trust, only selfish interests in this industry.

i was in this line for 12 years until the industry became too toxic nowadays. under table transactions and so on. those with top sales, how many of them were through legit means?

Basically any sales position that is purely commission driven.

many of my peers were unable to find a job. but I was lucky to have accepted a role in the
stanchart graduate programme. the pay was 5.8k. but thanks to covid they rescinded my offer and now most of the bank vacancies are closed. what other relevant jobs are there for me now? i'm worried if I do something unrelated, it'll be too difficult to rejoin banking when the virus subsides
