Friend is an ex employee. lasted less than a month. Gian png company, bad culture, do not go near

ASM is semicon, which in itself is a very stingy industry, somemore they belong to the lower end, i.e. assembly side which is the lowest margin in a low margin industry.

So be prepared as cost cutting is a daily affair in this sort of company. I was from Applied Materials and they were already quite bad even though they are in a better part of semicon, I can imagine ASM lagi worse.

No idea, left many years already.

But if no other job just take first lah, if you that good can get many offers then you will not apply for jobs like ASM liao. Better to have something first then just idle at home.

I have no idea that ASM so bad initially.. currently now i only got one offer.. in the mess of thinking just now.

I checked online review stated that Chinaman culture, and long working hour, may i know is't a common culture in others company in Singapore?
