Need advice! DHL express

Dear all,

Has anyone experienced/worked for DHL express in Singapore with the position as Pricing analyst/Senior Pricing analyst.

What are the pros/cons, career development path ,and of course the salary. How Can We negotiate when accepting the offer? How is the interview process.

I suppose it's the eCommerce unit (formerly Global Mail).
You will probably work with the business development folks a lot so if you're keen to develop your selling skills you can slowly edge towards a BD career.
It's essentially a business support role and you need to be quick with numbers and great at Excel.

I am not 100% sure about this, but a Senior Exec in logistics can probably fetch you 3.5K - 4K. But still, strongly depends on your experience in related jobscope.
Bonus really depends on your BU. As this one is rather new, it's really hard to say.

I did some searchings and 4.5-5k is doable if negotiation takes place well.

Only for senior analyst. No way a junior analyst there can hit 5k.

DHL is one of those companies with the titles inflated compare to others in logistic industry. Even their managers are like 5-6k+ at most. Most AMs there don even hit 5k.

Yes its for sure for a senior position that I forgot to mention as a junior has no ways to hit that high.
I may need to learn to negotiate a bit if my experience has some weights

This comment is spot on. If you come from eComm companies i.e. Lazada, Zalora then probably you have more bargaining power.

Wondering if anyone knows the interview process, time frame... or how it works with DHL Singapore.
