MAS Economist job
Hi, I intend to apply for the position of a Lead Economist at the MAS but not sure about their salary range.
I have 12 years of central banking experience (in a developing country), have two Master degrees from the top tier schools in UK and USA (ivy league), and currently earn SG$ 200K+. My current position in below director/department manager though I act as a Manager/Lead Economist.
What salary MAS typically offers to its lead economists without PhDs? What is the hierarchy like (the designations below and above lead economists)? And how is the work environment?
I can even take a marginal pay cut as I hope the work at MAS would be more exciting and intellectually rewarding. Moreover, my school going kids would hopefully get quality education in Singapore.
Would appreciate any thoughts!

I am not sure if there are any hiring restrictions in MAS. But certain stats board do not hire foreigners.
I suspect MAS, being such a sensitive organization, may have such restrictions, especially for the more senior roles.
But the chances of foreigners getting into any public/civil service is not high anyway.
