If 7 not true, make it 15, give two days or most 3 days for HR to call more than enough, why needs two weeks???????

HR only send you more detail checks after they offer, so make sense will take quite a while.

Well estimate, let say you receive call on Day 1, to offer you.
May be Day 2 - email you to submit the credit checks?
May be 3 to 4 days to do background check?
May take about 1.5 to 2 weeks to complete. I read the post somewhere.

Sleep well Bro. I can ensure you that the offer is not out yet.

Unless the intake is huge, HR need more time and may group the shortlisted into different batches to call, that make sense. It does not make sense that the HR took 2 weeks to call the shortlisted by batches, (23 March to 2 Apr) the intake is so small. (The most at about 15 if is based on past DBS intake)

And also might be the candidates already find out from HR how DBS will inform the shortlisted, what to expect from them. That why a few post already confidently mentioned which post are the fake news

Very clear that HR had called this senior to offer him then sent him the pre-employment form, all DBS program should be standard, to state the reference, how many reference they need? If no working experience, do I still require to fill in? Deadline to submit?

Still talking about the same old things. Alarmark. Vomit blood. A poor soul was trying to seek advise here, din know kanna hamdam. One person trying to convince that he indeed received the offer by call from HR since last week, might be the same person who also posted his salary, but later claimed did not post, same person might be continued to post the same topic again and again trying to convince all offer had gone out.

Time to stop spreading news that not true. Unfortunately this forum is free for public.

To summaries:
No. 1 - Offer not out yet, can enjoy this weekends l, next week then worry.
No. 2 - Successful candidate receive by call, rejection by email. Posted out by others - checked 0 (One post claimed all offer by call and email already sent out on 1 Apr) What about all the posts dated on 23 March to now)? Confirm is fake new.
No. 3 - offer receive by call, then HR will sent to you to submit whatsoever checks. (Already confirmed by one post dated some time back, should be last year post)
No. 4 - what to fill in those checks, those who claimed already completed their checks, non reply.

Please check with DBS HR direct, can also email them.Those already shortlisted for final interview sure know which number to call. No need bother to refer here. Don’t bother what others said don’t disturb HR, will be warmed.
