Why not you just move back regardless of getting the job not? It’s a clear cut solution. It’s an employer market now. If you are indeed very keen on the program you should take this risk. Why should the bank make your life easy? If you want life to be easy then don’t join a grad program. You will never survive.

yeah I find that strange and unusual of them as well. followed up with hr yesterday because I was told the week before that decisions will be made known this week. the week's ending and I've not heard anything back.

is anyone in a similar position as me? I received a call last week from HR asking comp expectation and was "promised" a call this week, which did not materialise.

So many desperate people here. How did the bank filter people based on personality test... Does the bank likes to take in weak minded people who are desperate for just one job...
