Relax pal. This is common in many companies where man applicants are called for interviews with no chance to be hired. Especially graduate programs
For EMAP application there are many stages naturally all types applicants will have to be 'made used' for various stages.
and if the MBA applicants do not want to join the program in the end, there can still be 'spare Tyre' applicants to 'fill in the slots'

even if this were true, I can see why. It would in be DBS' interest to widen the top of their funnel to get a larger pool of applicants to choose from.
or maybe they do intend to hire non-mba masters initially, but because of this covid they get many more applicants and have no choice but to be much more demanding/selective.

Seems like it’s true that only MBA applicants will be accepted. Such a waste of time for non mba applications.

You got the offer from HR and pay negotiations done on Friday already? That’s strange as HR stated that offer decisions will only be finalized starting from next week.

When did HR initially contact you for the result, this week or earlier?
