They are known to pay the least out of the European banks, not to mention American ones. WLB is generally better so it depends on what you are looking for.

I am pretty sure what they are paying for WM is not IB level, though it most certainly isn't 50k.
Low to mid 70k seems more likely.

They do. Example: JPM. Not sure if you are living under a rock, but man IBs are now vying to be leaders in the UHNW/HNW boom especially in Asia.
