Some tips to note:
1) it’s impossible to cross into grade 10 if not appointment holder, unlike some other roles in other agencies. Besides, they’re also limited position for appointment holder. So career path kinda limited already.
2) pay wise also seem lower as they don’t pay out engineer bonus unlike some other agencies.
3) food around the office around also not cheap
