considering a role for the new hospital in Jurong... and was told the scope was specific to a project....

based on what shared so far, the culture is more or less depends on the project you are assigned to ?

Seems like small units operating on its own here and there.

Heard that a big revamp is coming. Is it going to give more recognitions to the site teams than those core teams? Is the management going to walk the talk and keep things to economy of scale and consolidating all the site teams to work on organisational projects instead? Just curious to learn.

No brainer, go for one that is being hired to develop island wide National healthcare projects. Unless you hate programming, then you should go for the one that only provides project coordinating services.

How much you want to learn and grow depending on what they can provide you with.

Very limited inhouse mtn work, mainly coordinating work and minutes writing. You maybe coding mlm, hl7 related codes and performing very "kiasu" or "don't rock the boat" type of application configurations.

If you really like healthcare and prepare to "dan xi" in a no satisfaction organisation, then Ihis is the better choice. It is easier to get into ihis as they seems to have problems keeping good IT people.

so its better to stay in accenture? although its doing maintenance for sap too? How about just gaining exp in sap and joining as a consultant in the future?

MA pays well and hence many ppl are gunning for it, realistically speaking, my chances are really low given a 2:2 honours.
