instead of ghosting the applicant
a yes/no reply would have been helpful to give the applicant some closure (& move on)

Most CS jobs will only update at the very end at one shot.

I'm also very tired of the wait

Applied to HXX, non tech role.
Advised that will take 4-8weeks for processing. But no verbal offer given, so what will affect my chances of getting the job?

so far they have not reach out to my referee yet too.
