Oh so u r at the same stage as I am? I think we r most likely selected right? How long have us waited for these checks?

hahah no I was just checking de. i applied to another agency.

I am currently a civil servant with a Ministry. If I apply for a post at a Statutory Board and am successful, will I get to do a transfer (w/o breaking service) or I need to resign from my Ministry and start with a fresh contract of employment with the Statutory Board?

I think the SB HR will contact your ministry HR to liaise. Base on what they offer then you decide. Is a 50/50 chance that you either go under transfer or start afresh.

Where are you applying at?

3 days after interview, was sent an email to fill up medical and security forms. 1 week later, was being informed by the referee that i provided that they are asking for referral check. Now 2 weeks already, still no news. Wondering do i still have a chance or should i just give up?
