Was from big 4 consulting, left and never looked back
Terrible pay for juniors, proper consulting houses and in house strategy roles offer so much more both in experience and salary

Its meant to be that way. No self respecting firm would go to big4 to engage consulting services. Its either u go big or go home when engaging consultancy services. And most of the time firms would want the consulting firm to follow up on lets say tech implementation. So they would rather go to a firm which does tech inhouse too eg. Accenture.
