Hordes of people are leaving EY. Only those from lousier firm will join EY. There is no reason to downgrade to EY if you are in ACN. It is like asking civil servant or banker to join EY audit. Must be insane to do that

If u are in 1 of the career tracks which is common among consulting practitioners, you will reach consultant in 2-3 years. Now you know why only lousy ones crossover to EY?

If I wanted work life balance so much I would have just did an admin job lol. Most civil service pay sucks. Iron rice bowl is way over rated.
