I am going to graduate soon and I have gotten an offer as a data analytics consultant at NCS. Appreciate if anyone can share about how data analytics roles are like in NCS and whether it is as toxic as SWE roles.
Thank you!

How much did they offer you?

Data is kinda oversaturated SWE build better scales, when i say SWE it means actual engineering not developer kind that just take requirement and code blindly.
Borders opening up makes not difference, their quality is not there, there are just here to fill in the quantity gaps. We are getting 3rd rated engineers as 1st rated engineer prefer other countries
