How does govtech’s bonus structure work? I heard a few agencies do not have half year and end year bonuses, does it mean that the bonus payouts of such agencies are lower than the rest of civil service?

paid all during FY end. corporate bonus and performance bonus

will the officer get year end bonus if she/he is resigning at end of the year aka 31dec?
