Big 4 firm rescind offers

Not sure if all summer internship are rescinded but at least mine got deferred to winter/next summer. HR allow me to choose and said the slot will be guaranteed for next winter/summer, whichever.

how confident are you in landing the Bloomberg offer though? If you're not 100% i'd suggest you just take the first offer that comes along. I wouldn't want to risk playing the wait and choose game in such an uncertain climate. Also, i had a friend who was playing the wait and choose game right before/during the start of lock down 7 april. He decided to decline the first offer thinking he could wait it out for the 2nd offer which was his preferred choice. Then the 2nd offer got derailed due to covid and he's still waiting for answers lol. So...just weigh your risks. Final round =/= 100% get

doesn't it make sense to just accept first but still go for bloomberg? if bloomberg accepts you then just reject deloitte offer. sounds a bit unethical but that's what they are doing to students anyway. just be professional abt it.

I agree. Nevertheless deloitte is still a good offer, and it is very hard to get a job offer these days

thanks guys I decided to accept first and see how. Bloomberg pushed back the interview to after CB sobs..

anyone knows starting pay for pwc deal ace programme?

What if graduation got delay cos failed a paper and school only offering resit in next semester after graduation? Will offer be rescinded?
