its 100% true for the real MX scheme for ministry. but does not apply tothose in SB, they are own their own scheme though some name it like MX as well..

i think not all ministries.. for instance MOE and MHA are getting it only in Oct if I'm not wrong...

yes, I got MAC for the first time. It is only 20%. Not sure though if it is pro-rated since I just converted to Engineering since 1st April.
