Accepting Job offer or take AWS
Dear friends,
Gotten a job offer this week, but current employer giving 13 month pay (AWS) at year end. I am not sure which decision is better. To move on and give up 13 month pay, or reject and stay to get the 13th month pay and find another job next year? Appreciate your inputs.

Talk to both your current and future hr regarding your notice period.
I’ve resigned for another offer also last week, my notice period is 2 months, so I am eligible for AWS since my last day is mid next Jan
