For the 2021 batch, it is 1 month (4 weeks) for non-CFS, and 2 months for CFS GTs. I'm not aware that it has increased for 2022 batch.

It has decreased over the years. You only get assigned to a single branch. The other rotations are to other departments (e.g. Risk & Compliance, and others within your home division, typically spanning 3 months each). In total, this works out to a minimum of 4 rotations (inclusive of branch) over GTP.

Mine was quite long. At least one month if I recall correctly. The actual zoom interview with HR, and then another with the hiring managers were completed within the same week.

Curious but what are some instances where you'll fail background check? Having direct relatives working as partners for OCBC's external auditors?

I did in October I believe. Offer came in Dec/Jan.

I don't think that's grounds for failing background check. Typical causes are things like criminal records, or you've claimed a degree that you don't actually have.
