AH13: 4260-7240 (7.7% to 6.4% change)
AH14: 5040-8560 (7.9% to 6.7% change)
Can double check percentages.
Seems like the lower ranks/pay will increase more.
Usually same across clusters.

Food for ur thought:
2022 inflation: 4.1%
2023 inflation: 4.2%
2024 inflation: 2.4%

AH14 should be assistant manager? Very sad if retire there
Yes AH14 is assistant manager.

Lab based is super tough, I can attest to it, not easy as compared to clinical side. From JG13 to JG14 is already very tough.

14 to 15 is super tough.

16 onwards mostly has phd.

takes 2 years to move from 11 to 12 to 13.

13 - 14 is really tough for admin. most people leave the system and come back after few years to cheat the system.

Lab side.

My section..I'm stuck at 13 for ten years and counting, another colleague stuck at 14 for ten years and counting too. 11 to 12 to 13, usually take at least 5 years or more in between each JG, but less than 10 years.
