Salary as a masters grad
Hello everyone, I just thought maybe I should seek out some advice here. I just graduated with my masters and finishing up a data analytics course from skills future. I am thinking what would be the rough salary that I could be negotiating for within the PHI. I think I might still fall under JG13.. I already have abt 4 years of PHI experience.. Appreciate all the comments and guidance! Thank you

Top end 7% is tan kuku
Ntuc union? Most useless union in the world.
The only only in the world that is not independent and affliiliated to the govt.
No other unions ever do that.
They are basically a fake union ti appease people.
But actually does nothing.

Has anyone transitioned from AHP to admin track in PHI/cluster offices? How is your journey like in terms of adapting to new working styles and career progression?

Is there another union in Sg?
Independence is overrated.
The rebates for members are good.
The supermarts are great.

Yes, highly likely JG13. Push for $5K+, which is in the upper range of the JG.
Just curious, are you not exploring other sectors but going back to PHI? I believe you took Masters for a reason?

Hi everyone, I have recently interviewed for an Executive/Senior Executive role at NUHS. The job requirements only require a minimum of 1 YOE in either healthcare/tech. As I have been making lateral moves throughout my career, I have 2 YOE that's relevant to the job and around 8 YOE in total with a degree. I took a big pay cut to work at a startup company for my most recent job, so my last drawn salary will be low.
May I ask what will be the estimated salary and JG?
Will HR lowball me based on my last drawn salary or YOE?
Thank you!
