Previous range in 2022 per the collective agreement is:
AH11: 2500-5150 (18% to 6% change)
AH12: 3200-5800 (10% to 8.1% change)
AH13: 4260-7240 (7.7% to 6.4% change)

Can double check percentages.
Seems like the lower ranks/pay will increase more.
Usually same across clusters.

2022 inflation: 4.1%
2023 inflation: 4.2%
2024 inflation: 2.4%
