Didn't you have any opportunity to get promoted? or you prefer not to be promoted? There is a context missing here. Even with merit increment of 2-4%, will be around 20-40% plus compounded. sure boh? if really, your boss dun care abt u

north/central cluster also have though, but of course they always say subject to work exigencies and up to discretion of HOD too

Job grade ranks
Anyone can share what does the job grade ranks correspond to?
From what I gather,
JG13-M or SAM?
JG12-AM
JG11-SE
JG10-E
JG9-??
JG8-??
JG7-??
JG6-??
JG5-??
JG4-??
JG3-??
The collective agreements don't have anything below and never state what the ranks are so just curious. TIA!
