as for why jump back public... in some private practices, their clinicals can be quite outdated, like developing their own guidelines which are not (current) evidence-based

Alot of therapists are comission based in private.
Physio, psych, OT, etc
Easily earn double the pay with half the workload

Or no pay when there is no work.
Don't offend any patient or doctor.
You do not have the power of govt sector protecting you.

I would like to ask if someone from a VWO community hospital and intent go back to the restructure hospital, will he/ she get the salary based on the current salary at VWO or the previous salary at restructure hospital? Will restructure hospital will not take into consideration the working experience at VWO? Asking from an AHP

Typically, HR will ask about last drawn salary and your expected salary.
It also depends on the relevance of the experience.

Hi, I am currently in NHG admin Executive Asst for about 1.5 years and previously in another PHI for 3 years. I graduated with degree (Second Upper) this year and am considering to look for an Executive (JD11?) position within NHG or NUHS.
Noted that someone previously mentioned the average starting salary for JD11 is 3.5k, will I be able to negotiate for a higher salary (3.8k-4.2k?) considering of my past job experiences or HR will not take them into consideration as they were based on my diploma cert?
Has anyone experienced this before can shed some insights? Thank you!

I'm a AHP in singealth. I have a supervisor who is downright vile. Screams at staff and uses the word 'stupid' on staff when staff makes mistakes. Anyway to report this case? Or we have to suck it up and bear with the verbal abuse?

It will be more effective if it was a public feedback.
A concerned member of public reports staff abuse with date, time, location and name of abuser.
You must be willing to bear witness.

Singhealth promotion
Hi guys. Any idea what is the rough % increment from Exec I to Exec II? Understand that it is still under same job grade NN11.. or is there no $$ increment?
And any possibility for Exec I jumping straight to Snr Exec (or such cases unheard of?).
Was on LinkedIn and saw some people taking 2+y to get from E to SE... and some taking 8 years... Though definitely depends on performance and boss too
