I thought the pay raise from government will be on July? Thought will be same month as our Annual increment in July. Or is the pay raise mentioned by government an off-cycle thing and will happen this month? Also anyone can give an estimate on the 'pay raise' from government? lol ~5%???
Also assume Al this year will be be 3-4%?

7% is AI or the ‘govt-mentioned’ increment? Or combined lol? If combined its really gg, foresee lots of people jumping ships. Also when’s this increment expected? Will it be same as AI month (July)?

They announce before elections, but we will receive after elections. Nice timing
The last round was 3-7% excluding annual.
Usually most people on the lower/mid 3-5% than the full 7%, so don’t expect too much

Our union fighting for people is the biggest joke i ever heard.
They are not even a true independent union.
They are trying to create an optics of a union fighting for people, that's all.
