New Property Launches 2016
The hot property launches in year 2016 include a development in Toa Payoh, Gem Residences, where there isn’t any new development for years. This residential development consists of 578 units and offers concierge service. Next was another hot launch in Kovan, Stars of Kovan, by Hong Kong developer, Cheung Kong and not forgetting a development with excellent views, Sturdee Residences, with 305 units in District 8.
There will be another upcoming launch in July by MCL Land, Lake Grande, which will be located in District 22. If you are interested in the East region, you may like to take a look at Alps Residences in Tampines.
UOL and Singland have jointly acquired a land parcel at Clementi, Clement Canopy, where quality finishes will be expected. Next is another development near the Queenstown MRT station, the Queens Peak. CDL together with Hong Leong and TID will also be bringing you the Forestwood Residences at Lor Lew Lian. More in the west of Singapore, you will also find Parc Riviera, at West Coast.
