What you guys doing here surfing the net spending that 2-3mins? don't check your phone for the whole day la. company pay u to do work not check your phone or fb or Instagram. don't act like you all did your diligent when you guys are just as bad or even worst. Act diligent but rotten from inside. That's what the company is about.

toilet for u to pee and ****. PCC wasting that 2-3 mins is stealing from the company. very logical, can pcc in toliet for 2-3 or whatever mins. cannot go home 2-3 minutes earlier.

What's worse you just come back from meeting at 558 pm see all your staff all disappeared. Haven't even 6 pm.

Or your staff playing their phone but still visible at 6pm.

Illusion is important you know..
Hawker open until 6pm means still take order at 558pm but hawker don't have to be 8 hours on the feet cooking.
No customer then rest. Sit down lo.

See? typical ST mentality. See you in office at your desk = do work and productive. Never see you at your desk = not working and not productive. eat snake also must eat at your desk till 6pm. read how other company operate and upgrade yourself and your mentality please. Its people like you that make working in ST a living hell.

Basically the rule of thumb is..
If you are able to finish the work.. Go home on time no issue

Can't finish work..
But always come late. Long lunch and leave early on time.
Thats where you got marked.

Maybe that's why all those seniors... They never in office until like 9 to 930 am
. But they stayed back like 5 min or 10 min later... This is the reason la.

Office politics.
I have staff she is rhe earliest. And she also never go long lunch. Like 15 min pantry lunch..
And she finish her work so she leave on time no problem.

I have another staff E5 stroll in office 930 am follow th seniors.. Work cannot finish. Deadline cannot meet. Still dare to leave on time to rush home..

That one I also put in rh. Appraisal... Work can't complete. Rush home..

"I leave on time or at most 15 minutes more because of bus timing."

Didn't know leaving 15 minutes later is akin to leaving 15 minutes early.
