standard bah. maybe because he has been in this company for a long time. They give you high starting pay to come in, then give you like 3-4% increment every year. Unless you hop out after 2 years your salary will slow down

I hope he didnt add the outpatient medical benefit lol i had an offer last year.

mobile phone + flexi benefit + outpatient medical benefits (1600/y) for a total of $250-300.

Yup it's true. IHIS is known for giving decent bonuses. Avg performers can get 3 months, the good performers can receive 4-5 months. Bad working environment though.

ya currently a DD there. environment and culture very bad, worse company I have ever worked in the past 20 years any time can get heart attack. but staying cuz of the great bonus. my pay X the bonus.

so see what u want.

wa, can you provide some anecdotes/examples/insights on why the environment and culture are bad? am considering ihis but want to know more about the coy

Default Offers up to 15% increase from your current pay - not by industry benchmark

Got engaged by Linkedin recruiter and they say they offer up to max 15% increment from your current pay. For those who may want to avoid wasting your time.
To join a supposedly hell company for just potentially up to 15% increment, no thanks.

Any one knows what the revised performance bonus structure is going to be like? Hopefully not going to be too different from last year.
