$500 more to join this place? you must be having fever or its probably better that you work at IMH

8k for jg5 seems quite high to me.

It looks high, but probably the basic will be lower than stated as most gov companies no longer offers just one fixed salary when u see your payslip, rather mixed component since it will incorporate with VB.

And seeing the feedback here, you should really think twice if u wanna join the org, unless your willing to work on weekends as well. But for the difference of $500, not that worth and better to find elsewhere.

I just check with HR afew days back, JG5 is Asst Manager title. JG6 is Manager title. The bigger the number, the higher the rank.

What do you guys think about this IHIS offer? I try to ask for 8500$ again because like what many of the folks here say, 500$ extra not worth the jump. HR say will get back to me again next week (Friday latest).

I think a lot of red flags in this company from the comments. Given the low increment and comments, u prolly would know what to do logically. U decide.

My friend inside ihis say 8k is very high for a jg5

He is only getting mid 6 as a jg5 so u are very near the ceiling and he is also 35yrs old so count ur lucky stars at 8k!

Hr will unlikely give u 8.5 as a jg5..
