I got an offer by IHIS. HR tell me is Job Grade 5 (JG5). They mention is not Manager level/grade. (Because they say Manager got 24 days of annual leave, I was only offered 21 days of annual leave)

Not sure if JG4 is higher rank or JG6 is higher rank? Because they offer me JG5. Can anyone from IHIS clarify?

Base: 8000$ (they mention non-nego), I did ask for higher 8500$ minimum, but they rejected and say non-nego. 8k fix. Take it or leave it. I am currently drawing 7500$.
Working experience: 6 years plus of IT related consulting experience.
Flexi and HP allowance: 50 plus 55 (105$) per month.
Annual Leave: 21 days + 3 days of Parent care family leave.
Study Leave: 5 days.

AWS (13th Month Bonus): N.A. (IHIS don't have AWS according to the HR)
Company/Corporate Bonus: 1 month (Don't know is in July or December)
Individual Performance Bonus: 2-6 months (Depending on your performance according to HR. Don't know is it in July or December)


To add on: this year will be 35 years old.

I just check with HR afew days back, JG5 is Asst Manager title. JG6 is Manager title. The bigger the number, the higher the rank.

What do you guys think about this IHIS offer? I try to ask for 8500$ again because like what many of the folks here say, 500$ extra not worth the jump. HR say will get back to me again next week (Friday latest).
