Annual Leave: 21 days + 3 days of Parent care family leave.

AWS (13th Month Bonus): N.A. (IHIS don't have AWS according to the HR)
Company/Corporate Bonus: 1 month (Don't know is in July or December)
Individual Performance Bonus: 2-6 months (Depending on your performance according to HR. Don't know is it in July or December)
What do you guys think about this IHIS offer?

It looks high, but probably the basic will be lower than stated as most gov companies no longer offers just one fixed salary when u see your payslip, rather mixed component since it will incorporate with
VB.
And seeing the feedback here, you should really think twice if u wanna join the org, unless your willing to work on weekends as well. But for the difference of $500, not that worth and better to find elsewhere.
