True but the economy is not very good currently but still able to find a job in IT. As why people not quitting because of the colleagues and the users who are nice. Just so happen the management suck. Anyway for all the fresh graduate ihis is a place for stepping stone not a good place stay long. Unless you just really want to just talk and send emails and do Project coordinating work then is good.
Infra is hard to promote because of the allocation every year is smaller in scale.

I though I am underpaid after being low balled. After seeing the comments here on JG 5 and JG6. Looks like my basic is way higher than most jg6.
I am JG5 between.
