Agency contract is the worst
No perf bonus, no corp bonus the seemingly high pay is to compensate that. U only get 1mth completion bonus, conversion is subject to approval
If u are a local uni grad, skip
If u are a pte uni grad and this is a sig jump go ahead but mind the bonus

Example previous role is Senior tech lead, annual drawing about 170k SGD, so it fall under grade 8-9 I believe ?
1 to 12
1-2 is Application Support Analyst or Associate System Analyst
3 - System Analyst/Analyst/Engineer/Executive
4 - Senior System Analyst/Analyst/Engineer/Executive
5 - Assistant Manager/Asst. lead Analyst/Asst.lead Engineer

Depends what they offer you for the coming position, if base on previous Senior tech lead position, highly 7. 8 unlikely as this is half director level and is consider a HOD.
SM pay can go up to 190k per annual.

Also expecting 15-20% increment, most likely over SM range .
According to Careerfuture salary range
SM max is 12.5k x14mth around 175k
AD max is 14k x14mth around 196k
