got a 39 or 40 YO AD at my side . work back wards should be 35 or 36 become SM . She joined as M I heard

HR offered me a role, but due to me leaving healthcare institute less than 6months, they mentioned that anti-poaching policy, they cannot raise my salary, only match.
Anyone think if its possible to join first and ask for reassessment for salary later?
Offered JG3 SA, FA role.
Salary 3k
Last drawn was before I completed my part time diploma.
