NCS Tech Graduate Programme or Synapxe Healthtech Associate Programme?
Conflicted over which to choose. Anyone who knows about these programmes (working culture, opportunities for growth etc.) care to share?

Overall culture is not good
even if u in good team for 1 year
u also might change project to a bad team and stuck there
I would say avoid those at all cost
