I know this “nothing-to-do-at-work” manager from IHIS. His team consists of people who graduated Kaplan/ PSB academy. Their team’s job everyday is just forward emails, schedule meetings, attending meetings, minutes also don’t know how to take ask vendor to do.

Oh, funniest thing is the manager stay very close to ihis, so he drive back home for lunch when he go back office. 80% of time his team WFH. Really is a dream job if you have no aspiration in life

My performance grading is higher compared to last year, but this year's bonus and increment are both lower than last year.

That's another adjustment last year for individuals who are below market rate outside of the company wide adjustment. So yours could be higher last year due to the adjustment.

Overall it do seems that bonuses and increment are lower this year.

Following up on my original post.

I went to compute what my 2024 NOA is likely to be with the announced bonus and increment.

For B+ performance grading, overall package will be a pathetic 3% annual increase over my 2023 NOA. wtf???

can't imagine what the C+ grades and below must be seeing.

your salary might be hitting the ceiling already that's why increment is low. manager I think should be around 10k?

My friend from mid 6 jump to low 7 from asst lead to lead analyst

Not fantastic since there are ppl getting 7.5 offers for jg6 and asking for 8 lol

He is still underpaid
