But you still need him to sign off your off boarding. Never heard of this new feature.

Hey guys, i was offered a corporate role and can only start work like after april. Does that mean that i will not get any bonus from April 2026 to March 2027? Also, reading this sub, the culture seems to be bad but is it bad for those in corporate roles as well?

If you join between April - June, u qualify for bonus next year pro-rated. Culture - enough said.... survive or suffer.
