i was a staff there for a couple of years and i saw many examples of people leaving from 1 week to a month, no joke.

my first 6 months there was crazy, i literally lost sleep every night and having nightmare but i overcame it. all i can say is, it does take a toll on my health eventually cos it is a stressful environment. internally got politics (as usual everywhere), and yet need to suffer external stakeholders (hospitals).

think this year bonus gg already, brace for 1.8 months for grade 3, damn hard to get 3+ and above.. esp if ur boss oso dun want to help u

After a promotion, does your performance grade automatically reset to 3 the following year? Given that two consecutive years at grade 2 are required for the next promotion, does this mean it takes a minimum of three years between promotions?
