From a system analyst/FA POV, i advice you to think twice before joining. Currently, overwhelming with work taking charge of two applications. Must know how to cope with high amt of workload and stress. Felt like giving up multiple times but i told myself to hang on. Depends on your RO also since they might think you are quite free cause they think jus hand over problem to dev team to settle whenever end user got issue. Best stay for a year then move on. Start looking for other roles, i definitely believe there's a decent job than this out there.

Seems that bonuses will be reduced. It depends on how much it will be reduced since that one of the (only?) good benifits when compared to others.

Will be a push factor if reduces by a lot and won't entice new joiners.

Yes, there is another round of salary adjustment.

PB + CVB = reduced
Base pay = increased

Total pay = increased (equivalent to ~1.5 yr increment)

Yeap, they are trying to increase the base pay for those who salary is lower than the current market. Overall, PB will drop for this FY but CVB for this year is at 1.2.

That's last year and shouldn't affect new joiners.

There is no company wide increment announcement and any increment is based on the usual performance review.

Will be happy to be wrong on this.
