Agreed with you many clowns expecially in corporate services.

recent downtime cos of stupid infra fw issues burnt many of our apps team weekends when its not even our fault.

The infra here is so bad that they cant even do preventive maintenance properly

Pls lo, nowadays, is auto send out email on a specific timing. So may do it at 3am in the morning.

so many EUC clowns at the public hospital can't even manage their lazy contractors properly.
