HDB (under MND)

apply for estate side but so far no response

Applied for 3 hdb jobs and so far no news.
A bit discouraged.
So hard to get into hdb...

Anyone here going for the interview on 14 Aug? Seems like HR will get back within 2 weeks if they want you, does this apply to the accountant role as well?

anyone knows what kind of essay questions before the interview?

bro,I did, but after I worked in hdb for a few months then realized the “thank you letter” didn’t help as HR won’t forward it to Director for you.

Anyone got call for the interview for accountant post yet?

Try not to join at a Estate Executive. Any other post will be good except this. Half the time u will be at resident house kneeling on their toilet trying to find where the leak is to the lower unit. Always have to touch residents dirty floor ceiling and toilet bowl etc. Management does not help with work load and paper work. They just add more and more.

More of a toilet repair man than an estate executive. Contractors are useless, sometime u will have to do own repairs urself. Open their dirty floor trap do water tightness test.

As for me as a degree holder i am looking to leave. Not worth it for the job and pay.
