I agree. I just want to collect my salary and have peace, and get what I deserve. I feel I have gone above and beyond, yet I'm being paid less because I joined earlier.
I hate the toxicity. I hate the politics. I just want peace and contentment.

3 years
First job out of uni
Sigh the years of experience are useless if I jump to another SB or GLC like Synapxe can I get better remuneration and recognition?
