Altura EC at Bukit Batok
Altura EC is a brand new executive condominium by Qingjian Realty and Santarli Construction.
Altura EC will have 3 to 5 bedroom unit types for family and upgraders from HDB
It is located on Bukit Batok West Ave 8 having close proximity to Tengah Estate. Tengah is a new estate released by the Singapore government. Currently having lots of concurrent construction going on. Singapore's 9 mrt line which is the Jurong Region line will be ready in phases and completed by year 2028.
Another exciting change for Tengah will be Anglo Chinese School moving to this estate by year 2030 and to include girls in their education system.
