Electrical Engineer
Responsible for the full design scope of power system study, power distribution, area classification drawings, lighting design, grounding & lightning protection design and electrical low voltage systems such as Fire alarm, Public address, Voice & data communication, Access control, CCTV system and other duties.
Requirements:
• Familiar with Singapore and International design codes i.e. IEC, BS, NFPA, NEC , API codes etc • Degree in Electrical Engineering with above 2 years of relevant experience in an engineering consulting / contracting firm in the fields of Oil & Gas / Chemical / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical plants • Familiarity with electrical design software programmes such as SKM Power Tools / ETAP will be an advantage.
Senior Civil and Structural Engineer (15 years relevant working experience)
• Perform conceptual and detailed analysis and design; experience in Engineering design consists of front end engineering, detail design, procurement • Review and check structural plans and calculations of the buildings/foundations submitted for BCA submissiom • Carry out check on analysis program, validate spreadsheet and ensure assumptions and design parameters complying to Authorities requirements • Liaise and coordinate with agencies, QPS and AC to finalise submission • Knowledge in LOCAL industry design codes and project specific standards and codes and other duties.
Requirement:
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in structural analysis / design in accordance with relevant structural codes using software like STAADPRO, ORION • Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil/Structural) recognized by the Professional Engineers Board or equivalent • Above 15 years of Engineering working experience (eg Oil and Gas, Refineries, Petrochemical and/or specialty chemicals industries) in structural design and analysis of buildings • Able to use engineering software such as SAP2000, ETABS, STADD PRO Prokon, etc.
Instrument and Controls Designer
Assist the Engineer/Sr Designer concerned to ensure timely execution of the design activities within their scope of responsibility assigned to them.
• Prepare instrument schedule and list such as Document index, Instrument Index, DCS and ESD system I/O List, Cable schedule, Interconnection wiring drawings, Termination drawings, Junction box schedule, Instrument Hook-up drawings, Material Take off, etc • Prepare the Block diagrams, Control / Rack room layout, Cable route, instrument location plan, DCS, ESD systems Loop drawings. Verify and collect inputs from site for finalizing the above drawings. • Coordinate with site supervisor for verifying field cable, hook-up details, etc. Adherence of Quality Management System, maintain Check sheet for all instrument engineering deliverables and other duties.
Requirements:
• Familiar with both International and Local Codes and Standards • Diploma in Instrumentation or Electronics with above 2 years relevant design experience in Refinery / Petrochemical / Pharmaceutical or related industry • Field Instrumentation engineering is a MUST and hands on experience in PDS, SP3D, Autoplant 3D, AutoCAD, Cad Duct, Microstation, Intools and MS Access database.
Electrical Designer
Assist the Lead Engineer / Engineer on the design of drawings, basic calculations, generation of material take-off and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
Preparation of Single line diagrams, schematic / control wiring diagrams, Cable tray/ Power/ Grounding / Lighting / Lightning protection layouts, Substation layouts, lighting calculations, cable tray sizing calculations, earthing calculations, coordination with other discipline drawings and clash checking, verification and collection of inputs from site, coordination with site supervisor for verification of site installation and cable routing.
Adherence to Quality Management System and maintenance of all squad check drawings / deliverable check lists / check prints.
Requirements
Diploma in Electrical Engineering with minimum 2 years experience in Refinery/ Petrochemical / Chemical / Pharmaceutical Projects. Field electrical engineering is a must and hands-on experience in PDS, SP 3D, Autocad, Cad Duct, Microstation software is essential.
