You can retire at 55. Sell your flat for $400k and then buy a HDB 2 room flexi for $100k. So you have $300k profit. In total your cash and stocks is $450k. Enough to retire. Also you will get CPF Life when you reach 65. Living in small HDB flat is economical.

Recently flushed out my SG stocks of about S$50K, now holding all in cash

Currently about 28 years old, earning S$52K annual

Any suggestion on where to invest? Have a long term horizon

But mainly past year earned about 5+% yield on SG stocks
