70 to 80k is like 14% increase which is believable, but from 80 to 110k, thats like 37.5% increase, how is that possible? unless u r telling me there an market adjustment plus u performed super well getting a 20mth package?

Hi all, i am a local uni male fresh grad (2nd upper) here who is offered close to 3.9k at a ministry. Is this a normal/good amount?

Can I ask what ministry pays 3.9k for second upper? That's a good offer. I think you should take it. I'm female, no ns, with fch and I'm not even asking for that much.

what are you looking at? if you are offered, the appointment will tell you the range.

Am in stat board so dont use mx scheme. Got offered by ministry and wondering if my current post and salary in the stat board matches the MX tier I am offered. Dont make sense to jump ship if ministry offer is same MX tier as current stat board as promotion more likely next year in stat board (5 years) as compared to going ministry and need serve "minimum period" before being considered for promotion. Salary increase about $680.

you haven tell us what is ur current salary and range... and the offer by the ministry..

if you are transfering via movment policy, your work years in stat board will be counted..

if you resign, then too bad.. also are you jumping to the parent ministry? if yes, most pro will be equivalent else, possible its possible they gave u a higher salary point...
