i would like to ask is it possible for a UniSIM grad to apply n work as a MX? any1 who's a grad from UniSIM / has friends or colleagues that graduated from UniSIM and is working as MX now can help?

Dude, the increment is in terms of percentage. So if your base is high, your increment will be higher. I'm assuming for B, the increment is 5%. That means your salary is around $4k now. You mentioned you're MX12, that would mean you've worked for at least 1 year, and this would be your 2nd year or 3rd year. Hypothetically speaking, if your starting salary is $3500, that would imply an increment of $700+ in 2 - 3 years, which isn't too shabby isn't it?

It's not like you're on any programme nor are you a scholar. This is the fate of farmers in the public service. If you do slog it past the initial 10 years, you will enjoy better salary, better bonus, better increments, and have good job stability.

Are u referring to clicking pay info>current salary scale/range and point......i did nt but did nt see any increment ler.....am i missing some steps?????

pac@gov only shows the latest salary after MI right?
how about increment due to promotion? i was informed i would be promoted but the range seems to be showing the old salary grade

Same here leh. I was informed verbally by boss that i am promoted wef 1April. But i log in pac gov and only see the increment of $170 which is obviously not promotion increment. The salary range also old one. Scared that my promotion was a wrong info conveyed?

Which ministry u from? Mine is moe. Lets update here when the salary range is changed in pac gov!

how you know is either

204 or 244 or 277.....

i tot the annual increment is like fix %....ie B get 5% A got 7% for example...

of is it all MX 12 B all get a fix 204 as you mention, and not base on %
