thanks for your input, I believe your salary do make sense, seem that you are consistent B grader.....
since you working in private sector for 1 year, mean you grad in 2007july batch....

Sorry typo, i graduated in July 2008. I joined civil service in Aug 2009.

Would be interesting to know there was upward adjustment during the aftermath of lehman brother ('09-'10). Could you share the kind of job scope that you handle?

Your pay sound a bit incredulous to be honest. Esp the 2009-2010 bit. $37XX to $43XX. Thats $600 plus. Dont recall there was a wage adjustment during that period for MX scheme.
