Hi, I have updated to make it clearer. I start with grade 12, working in a stat board. Wage adjustment was an internal exercise.
2009 Aug, MX12>>$34xx starting pay
2010apr, MX12>>$37xx
2011apr,MX12>>$43xx (AI + wage adjustment)
2011Aug,MX12>>$45xx (Confirmation increment)
2012feb,MX12>>$50xx(+10% salary adj for civil servant)
2012apr,MX11>>$5800 (AI + promotion)
Just trying to get more views on my current salary and is it really worthwhile getting out of civil service or should I just continue and farm my way slowly. Thanks.
